La Cocina Economica Mexican Kitchen was born the first of July of 2004 from the intention of offering a warm, friendly and familiar ambient with economic and traditional recipes from the Mexican kitchen that everybody could afford.

La Cocina Economica Mexican Kitchen is a restaurant that truly represents the Mexican culture not just for their food but also for the warmth treat of their friendly staff.

“When we started the first year it was intense 12 hours a day to move the restaurant forward,” says Victor, its founder. Nowadays the restaurant offers catering service for parties and meetings.

Victor has 27 years of experience in the food industry especially North, Southern and Central Mexican food. You can expect flavors from Jalisco, Sonora, San Luis Potosi, Sinaloa kitchen.

La Cocina Economica Mexican Kitchen is known for its economic and traditional recipes from the Mexican kitchen where every morning the Chilaquiles and Huevos Rancheros are the popular breakfast that people prefer because the sauce is flavorful and made from scratch.

Stuffed Chiles are the most requested at lunchtime, they use Chile Poblano with Ranchero cheese and Homemade Ranchera sauce, with the choice of flour or corn homemade tortillas.
