“When we started the first year it was intense 12 hours a day to move the restaurant forward,” says Victor, its founder. Nowadays the restaurant offers catering service for parties and meetings.
Victor has 27 years of experience in the food industry especially North, Southern and Central Mexican food. You can expect flavors from Jalisco, Sonora, San Luis Potosi, Sinaloa kitchen.
